These softwares have either been purchased for use and www.paisleymoon.biz has proper licencing, or is giving credit to the owner of the software used upon the request of the software's owner. PAYMENT POLICY:
All Client(s) of Paisley Moon agree to a start up fee of 50% of agreed project price. Leaving the remaining balanced to be paid when design projects are completed. Client(s) agree that the start up fee is non-refundable if Client(s) decides to back out this agreement, or no longer needs services. This agreement becomes effective once down payment is made. All payments will be made in U.S. Dollars. Payments are received by check or through PayPal. Checks are subject to a $29.00 dollars fee if they are returned. No graphic design project will be started before start up payment is received. At that time Paisley Moon becomes responsible for keeping clear and open communication with Client(s) about project progress.

Authorization/Privacy:
:All Client(s) agree to be working with Paisley Moon, as an independent contractor for the specific purpose of designing a graphic design project. Web site and some graphic projects ask that Client(s) hereby authorizes Paisley Moon to access web site hosting account, and authorizes the Hosting Service to provide Paisley Moon, with "access" to the Client's account, and any other programs needed for this Web Design Project that are included as part of the Client's service agreement/level.
Our privacy statement:
Paisley Moon will not share any of your personal information with anyone else for any reason. This includes personal information. Your information will only be shared with Paisley Moon designers/programmers for the purpose of delivering the design project as agreed.
